I want my money back

Hi

I've been trying to contact you for a long time now.
I couldn't play the game since the patch that came after 1.5 patch came out and you did try to help me, but it didn't help and in this point the guy who helped me stopped answering .I've waited a week and still no answer so I started a new ticket and no help there either .

I'm so sorry to say that your support sucks and I want my money back .

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe it says in the terms of service you agree to by signing up you can't get a refund.

I missed like a whole month of gameplay and my friends time it coming to end too... this is *** stupid
