Did the camp finish up? Someone was saying it was down to EP and DC for the final run.

I'd like to think us local yokels on Haderus helped by drawing some of the prominent impulse monkeys away (one of them is currently emp). Grats in any case. Here's hoping 1.5 will alleviate some of the troubles in PVP.

Honestly EP has WAY more impulse spamming batswarm monkeys than I've ever faced in any campaign, in any engagement, in anything since I started PvPing back during Early Access.

Holy wack unlyrical lyrics Batman, SOOO many Elemental Rings, SO SO MANY clustered together and all doing it in unison to the point where my game becomes a PowerPoint presentation.

That plus the troll camps and the alliance-hopping. Yep they deserved to win as much as a toddler deserves to be awarded the Navy Cross.

Lol, yes. Very true. This campaign has been nothing but a mash of impulse spamming, bat swarming, troll camping, zerg fest.

And yes, EP has so many impulse spamming/bat swarming zergs now days they almost never use another skill.

Happened when Red took Faregyl today, every single time we made an attempt on Arrius in the past week.

Floods upon floods for lulpulse spamming botards pouring out of the EP forward camps.

So much so it's making me hate Red more than I hate No Mercy, I mean Blue.

As a DC I can tell that AD does the impulse monkey trick far more often than the EP. EP has begun to do it more lately and AD less but AD still depend entirely on spamming and you see them do it at least 3 times as often as the EP.

I quit Thornblade, because I don't like being unhappy, but I'd like to congratulate EP on their win. You are The Streak Breakers!

I do have a completely earnest question for those talking about the monkey spam. I was under the impression that the AD guild most famous for impulse spam was the one that switched to EP. I could have sworn I read something about that. Am I mistaken?

Grats to my EP brothers and sisters! Great campaign!

We sometimes get down on ourselves, but I am proud of how well we fought. Most nights I logged in (c. 11pm-2am EST) we were outnumbered by AD and had about the same numbers as DC, so during those times at least we did very well with fewer numbers. So let's not beat ourselves up so much in the future!

As for impulse-spamming bat monkeys: Personally, I see it way more with AD than DC. I do worry that the problem is going to get worse with the nerf to oils, though I can't wait to hunt some vamps with the new Evil Hunter.
