Not getting email with access code to PTS

I have tried to login to the PTS a few times last week and result was always the same - Game says that my computer is not authorized to login to my account and I'm not getting email with PTS access code.
It wasn't a big deal before, because I could play and test everything on the live server (EU megaserver). However because of Update 5 I really want login to the PTS, so I can test my addons with the new patch.
What do I do?

My addons: SkyShards, LoreBooks, Dustman, Map Coordinates, No, thank you, ... (full list)
I'm taking care of: Azurah - Interface Enhanced, Srendarr - Aura, Buff & Debuff Tracker and more
My folder with updated/modified addons: DROPBOX

    Solved by customer support - I had to change email address linked to my account.

    I'm sorry for confusing you, but with "Same here." I meant that my problem was also resolved by the costumer support as it was the case with @Garkin‌. So it's all fixed. :smile:
