Who cares about small campaigns ? the game barely have enough players to get 2 different campaigns locked on all 3 factions at the same time.
Only campaigns that matter have been Wabbajack and Thornblade, the most populated and competitive ones. On both, AD night capping crew have always been much stronger than any other faction.
Now we cannot blame them since they play when they want to. Just need to wait for Zenimax to bring a new balance system and deal with it. Even if AD won the campaign, it doesn't make them better, more skilled or more organized. We will be able to define this only when the game gets more stable.
If I would be lead of Zenimax now, I would give free months of subscription or free AP bonus to any AD guild would like to reroll to another faction.
