They said they fixed:Shadow Cloak: Fixed an issue where this ability was removed when an enemy’s projectile missed you.
The problem that was reported (from what I recall reading) was that cloak was breaking when a projectile was in route and hit.
See what they did there, they fixed it when it missed when the noted problem was cloak breaking when it hit
Honestly not sure if this is correct or incorrect. Really I haven't been on my cloaking NB in about a month since the detection radius wasn't working right, dots ticking on the enemy broke cloak, and cloaking itself while in combat was a toss up if it would work or not.

Cloak was breaking with a miss or a hit. Usually when a NB cloaked enemy would lose target and so not be able to cast (was broken people still cast anyway after losing sight of NB for some spells like Charge) or a projectile in transit would miss the NB giving no damage. This projectile miss was breaking stealth despite the NB taking no damage. I think this is what they "fixed." Nothing said about being able to hit a NB after they cloaked. Perhaps that will be on the next Hotfix.

That makes perfect sense and is not at all a ridiculous comment that would have been better locked up in your brain.

We just tested the fix to Shadow Cloak and it appears to be working properly. There was an issue where projectiles that missed you were breaking you out of stealth, but this is no longer happening.
