The door to Heart of Barrowbough will not allow you to pass even after you blow the horn. Can a GM come in game and port us past the door please? Reported in game as well.

    Yeah I stayed online until I was falling asleep at the keyboard last night, LOL! Hopefully they can get to me today. I didn't receive any ticket in my email so I have no way to communicate with any GM on when I will be online. @ZOS_JonasQ, can you provide the ticket number that was created for me? Last time a GM was to port me I had a ticket and we set up a time for me to be online.

    Thanks! Another mod put the ticket in for me and I didn't receive anything in my mail. I was a bit concerned as usually GM's will whisper me in a couple of hours to port me and no one did. I saw several that did receive GM help but by the time I got to the cave, the GM was gone. :( The GM hadn't whispered me but I was hoping if I got over there he would move me as well.

    Well I still haven't been contacted by a GM in game or by email to port me. I hope this is fixed in today's patch. :(

    @Seravi Glad to hear that the patch helped out! For the other folks in this thread, if a GM was unable to reach you can you please give the door a try after updating to 1.4.4 and let us know if it's working?

    My NA client got the 1.4.4 patch, but not EU. So unfortunately the door is still not working. :'(
