Need Help Downloading the Game

Greetings!

I bought the game way back on Feb 15th 2014 and have never been able to figure out how to download the game. As you can see I figured out how to access my forum account but I have no idea how to get into my account to download and then play the game. The page just tells me that I don't exist but I did find an email saying that I have an approved account dated February 15th 2014.

Please help. Thank you.

    Yes, I have tried that and I am told that "Could not find and account matching those details".

    I have tried asking for both password and user name and I get the same results.

    I will go try again.

    I even tried to create an account but my email address has already been used.

    Game account and forum account are different, @Merrydew.

    As you already have access to our forums, this means that you already created a game account to ask an access to our forum.
    Be sure to enter the correct UserID on the account page.

    If you still encounter an issue to connect, please, contact Customer Support.

    Note her post @ZOS_PierreL! She created a game account months ago when she purchased the game. She does not remember her information. When she follows the course of action to retrieve the information she is told she does not have an account. When she tries to make an account she is told that there is already an account with her information.

    Customer Support has been contacted numerous times, to no avail! Any aid you can lend will be greatly appreciated! :)

    Did you not read what I wrote? I can't remember my user ID and that is where the issue is. According to the "forgotten username" and "forgotten password" pages, I do not have an account but my email address has been used.

    @Longstride has been trying to help me but any ticket he files would not be worth looking into, we are friends, not spouses.

    The one incident report that I can still find in my email is this one

    [Incident: 140510-003532]

    The others have apparently been deleted.

    I did not even know I had received this one until recently when I was trying once again to play the game.
