For the past month or so I have been communicating with Customer Support on an issue our guild (The Ebonheart Market) has been having. I won't go into details but suffice it to say it was a particularly complicated issue that was not easily resolved. After many emails back and forth our situation was eventually resolved which was not only a relief to myself but to our entire guild.
I realize Zenimax support takes a lot of grief for a lot of different reasons but for once I wanted to give them the appreciation and respect they deserve for a job well done. A very special thanks to Beckie as well as Brandon and GameMaster Lyrum who were all involved in getting this issue fixed.
