    That's a lie.

lol well you aren't in the guild. I rest my case. Decision was made before others moved there. You are incorrect.

24 is all I personally know of. There may have been more groups, but I can only attest to the group I was personally in. We never have more than 70 in zone at one point anyway.

People stood in TB (30D) to get their rewards. When TB that was over, Chill was in day 3+. When I logged into TB that first night there was a single DC bar, so i immediately swapped to Chill.

Maybe the problem is DC guilds aren't recruiting enough to spread the numbers out.

    ^This.

Most of the people I started playing this game with are gone. So lately I've started thinking I may need to join an organized group, but when you check out the PVP recruitment page here or on the major fan sites, DC-NA recruitment is very, very low compared to the others. And in DC zone chat there is more trade guild recruitment than PVP guild recruitment.

Do you not understand maximum? The highest I've ever seen? That was meant to show that 500, a guild size, is not an appropriate comparison. So, a group of 24 being there on day 1 refutes the original claim that EG didn't move over right away. It's false.

IR/Hijinx/Vonkundein/EHJ/EGL which guild runs the fastest when getting stomped? 50k gold raffle being held in-game to the guild most scared of competition.

Vokundein have never moved to any campaign unless we were forced to (At the end of Wabbajack). We've always aimed for the longest campaign in general because that is where the competition should be the best. We've done Wabbajack and Thornblade and we were proud to be the last organized EP guild still standing at the end of Thornblade 1.0!

then why did i see you guys in chill for the entire first 3 days of the campaign getting stomped, had enough of the womping and went back to the pugs?

Yeah, I was going to say...

We fought you guys every day for the majority of the day up until Crystalized and crew picked up and left the server. So you may not have 'homed' on Chillrend, but you guys lived there until all the EP decided to bail then packed up and left.

    Edit: This is about Vokundein

*** please, I have been on Chillrend twice in my TESO experience. Once was to ask for support from EP guilds mid campaign of Thornblade 2.0 and the other time was at the end of Thornblade 2.0 when the map was fully turned yellow with only 15 players fighting. It was boring and I decided to go get some fights elswhere. It's pretty much the same situation for everyone in Vokundein, no one in our core group homed in Chillrend. Otherwise he would have been booted from the guild.

There is one aspect of all this which was left out and I'm responsible for in some part. Back on Thorn 1.0, EP absolutely refused to engage AD in any fights. When AD had EP's scrolls, EP only attacked DC. When AD had emp and DC tried to dethrone, EP only attacked DC. It was ridiculous and DC was completely stifled from posing a real challenge to AD.

At some point, when the complaining from my guild mates about the futility of what we were doing hit a high enough pitch, I told Hova that there was a solution. I explained that we could not beat both AD and EP when EP refused to engage AD and only existed to thwart us. I said that we had to pick one faction and punch them in the mouth exclusively no matter what it meant for our scrolls, for emp, for the campaign at large. And the only logical choice was EP. I told Hova we needed to push them back to their gates and farm them there until the campaign ends, even if that means yellow kept everything on the map and we had to ride by horse to Kingscrest. Either we pound EP into fighting AD or we force them to leave the server so we could have a fairer fight against AD.

Hova didn't take my advice at first, but eventually he came around to my way of thinking and we beatdown EP something epic. As expected, they fled the server. But we were too far behind AD to catch up at that point and still didn't have the night numbers to counter the AD oceanic crew.

This forum discussion should be centered around the issue at hand, and I don't believe it was intended to be anyone's personal troll grounds nor a discussion for guilds to boast and bicker with one another.

The issue that both servers had is with players of one faction or another painting the entire cyro map one solid color. During primetime, all that faction has to do to maintain a lead on the scoreboard is defend long enough for the base of the opposing populations to return to sleep/work. This ruins the relevance of the scoreboard and influences players and guilds to switch to another campaign. I do not expect Zenimax will intervene with this issue for some time to come. If they reduce the number of servers again, we will run into an even worse lag situation than that which we are currently experiencing. It is up to us, as players, to be competitive and fair with one another. If we don't work it out between us, players will leave the game until the lower populations solve the problem for us. Yes, Zenimax should study this problem and find a solution, as it is in their interest to maintain as high a volume of subscriptions as possible. At the same time, we are playing a game with other players, and it is just as much our responsibility to make the game fun for others if we expect to continue.

I think the real issue we are having is with the stat bonus servers. There are only enough Vet+ servers for 1 competitive server and 1 buff server for each faction. (I don't count the non vet server). Right now, we have 2 buff servers and 2 competitive servers. I believe EP is the faction without full buffs atm. If either thornblade or chillrend players consolidated into one server, the lag would be horrible, and we would have extremely long queues to enter the campaign.

I have a suggestion that I think is the most practical short term solution to our problems: All of the competitive guilds could move to Bow of Shadows, the vet only campaign. This might skew the population, as non vets would not be allowed to enter. Maybe the lag wouldn't be so harsh. Each faction would have their hands full dealing with the other two factions. Troll tents would be much less frequent, as the trolls would have to level to veteran just to do it. Each faction would have a buff server to choose from for PVE players. This might not be a perfect solution, but I think it is one that will make a positive change to our pvp experience. It was the role the vet only server was intended to serve, afterall. It is a short campaign, but the campaign rewards are insignificant for the winning faction of any of the campaigns now. You get so much more gold from selling set items you can acquire by buying bags from vendors by spending AP.

Please take my suggestions into consideration, or make your own. We may all be people playing a competitive war game, but that is still no reason to be enemies on a personal scale. Work together to solve the problems or lose the game. Your move.

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever read. EP attacked AD day and night on Thornblade 1.0, why do you think the "Treaty of Alessia Bridge" joke exists? EP did and still does attack AD day and night cycling between Alessia, Sejanus and Blue Road Keep.

On top of that, DC did and still does attack AD continuously at Brindle, Faregyl and Roebeck (Ash too if we own it). That included No Mercy, often with No Mercy and EGL attacking different keeps at once.

The servers are fine, they can handle more than connect currently to any game in the world. The problem is code based, not server based.

This... seriously.... EP has a fetish for Sejanus and Alessia bridge.... you can literally guarantee there is some decently sized EP group hanging around there practically around the clock.... on basically every server O.o

You guys realize that 90% of pvpers have no idea/don't care who the hell any of you are , right?

How it happened for most of DC:

-Thornblade1.0 starts, balanced fun fights for 2 weeks.

-2 weeks later AD/DC grapple for 1st and EP is too far behind to compete.

-Without the EP players to keep AD's night crew in check, AD pulls ahead of DC on Thornblade.

-Much complaining takes place about AD nightcapping the entire map on Thornblade

-Thornblade 1.0 ends in victory for AD

-Every DC player[/b] (including probably EG) who got sick of the AD overnight capping but, had stuck it out until Thornblade reset, left for the ONLY other viable campaign at the time: Chillrend.
Now Chill is saturated with DC.

Most players aren't fair-weathering campaigns or following guilds around.
There are only a limited number of 'non-buff' campaigns to choose from.
I am sure more DC will be filtering back to Thornblade soon, as many have already homed Bow of Shadows and just want to pvp.

What this guy said is the most accurate depiction of what really happened.
I left for Chillrend for this very reason, and so did many DC.

This is all why there should only be 1 main PvP server. I'd rather wait an hour in queue if it was guaranteed to be pop capped by all factions and be a fun fight.
