I must know because I obviously am losing my mind.
Hova, Aoe BBQ, Mrs. Jones? Any No Mercy want to back up this statement? If this is true I will nip it in the bud right now.
It was so laggy in Ash with 3 locked bars of population there so in honesty it was a bit difficult to even know what was going on. NM was up and fighting the entire time until the crash though. I wasn't in inner so I don't know if the crash was intentional or not. If it was or wasn't it definitely helped though lol. I understand the frustration of having an objective wrested away by a rollback though ... I'd be frustrated about it too tbh.
AD and EP were in the keep last I remember before the crash. It was a giant fustercluck tbh.
Tell me you're talking about Ash tonight? Every swinging .... sword... was in Ash before the roll. I know you guys had Warden too, are you talking about that?
Yes, I am talking about Ash. Server crashed while AD was in ASH.
EP was not in Ash at that point.
But they were in Ash a hour earlier.
Wondering now if we crashed after and that's how cleanup seemed suddenly easy.

Is this going to be a habit? Are we going to bail and hit up each consecutive campaign after the end of the last?
Thank you for your say. I know you were in there. I just find it difficult to stomach this Xallus' claim that they pushed us out when Venatus and my guild were in the courtyard during it.
Malveria, DC didn't crash the server... alliance orange crashed the server by crowding excessive number of players to attempt to dethrone our emperor @ Ash, why can't you just go play nicely in drakelowe or something?
Which is why the server crashed over an hour after that fight was over?I need to start using twitch, perhaps you're confusing when YOU crash and when the server crashes... because the walls were healed before rollback.
I was standing inside Ash when the server crashed, on the wall, watching my group siege inner. Next.

We probably would have lost Ash and emperorship if not for that crash or some other form of divine intervention to be fair. It would have likely been an AD cap too from what I remember. Red was in there but was not in control of the courtyard.

EDIT: I do think AD was in the better position in the courtyard though. There were definitely reds in the mix though.

Yeah the people that are talking about the walls being healed and the rezzing at the keep are talking about the previous failed siege during the triple scroll run.
The one we are talking about was about 45 minutes later.
When I crashed I was literally standing on the porch of the keep surrounded by dead keep guards watching about 30 DC coming in from the opposite postern from the breach along the courtyard (obviously just rezzed at a camp)
AD had almost full wall and courtyard control except for that corner, but we hadnt started inner yet.
Then boom, everyone gets logged out to char select and we all end up at eastern elswyr

^this. An exact account of what happened. Did we swap stories before or something?

It should be impossible for players to crash the servers. What is wrong with this game's hardware/software that this is even possible.
It reminds me of those idiotic calls to "take the money out of politics". Money in politics is not the problem. The problem is all the power and influence that politicians have to sell in the first place. If you took away all that power and influence, there'd be nothing to sell. Point being, let's go after the root causes. The cause of the crash is either terrible hardware or terrible coding or both. Let's have Zenimax address that. Ultimately, crashes aren't good for anyone. Sure, you might get a scroll back or keep/lose emp, but scrolls and emps are gonna change hands regardless in the ebb and flow of campaigns. Who wants to sit out of the game trying to connect for 10 minutes instead of playing?
