I wrapped up my banking in Daggerfall, only to close the bank window and find an Argonian down on one knee, "hammering" on my right buttcheek. I am not sure how long he had been doing this, but I was so flabbergasted by what I saw on my screen that he got to pound away for a few minutes more...until I started "hammering" on his head. That seemed to take the fun out of it for him. ;)

Lol, some of the comments that pop up in zone chat are funny. I'm glad the boring trolling and Wildstar/WoW spam that was going around a month or so ago seems to be mainly gone.

I thought the High Elves were too stuck up for that kind of behaviour, sounds more like the cheeky nature loving Wood Elves ;)
Could be, if I recall correctly, they were a bit.. golden. What can I say? I was disoriented!

And I couldn't agree more. I want to believe that ESO will end up having a more mature player base in general. I want these never-happy & addicted to cynicism clowns gone, and hopefully they'll take with them those that cannot formulate an opinion of their own and are instead swayed by temper-tantrum-throwing kids.

Sorry, guess I really needed to get that out of my system.

Used Magnum Shot (knocks you back) down in a dungeon and it pushed me into a small cage which I was forced to first person and all I could do was jump. After having fun waving at passerbys I finally /stuck and continued through the dungeon. Later down in it, I did Magnum Shot again and it knocked me through a cell wall and I was stuck in an inaccessible cell. First bug I've come across that kind of delayed my game progress, but I had some good laughs from it.

One of my favorite moments was in the second week after the early release I think. I was in Coldharbour doing the Final Assault Quests and had to light the Daedric Fires in the library. I enter the area and it was full of naked players running around jumping to their deaths. It was kind of disconcerting.
One of the braziers was bugged and could be activated only from some point reached by only jumping to your death. Everybody was trying to avoid equipment damage. It took me more than an hour to finally make that jump activation. There was also a guy there that just stayed there the whole time while I was there and explained how to make the jump to new arrivals.Very cool thing to do.
This would be even better if the guy "explaining" that you had to get naked and jump to your death was just trolling everyone. :D
I thought that at first but I seen some people making it. The guy was getting a lot of bs from some players who believed he was trolling.

I was pretty thorough on searching the lower level for an activation spot. I couldn't find any and neither other people.

The jump off and trigger was a lot easier from the bottom platform but still kind of tricky and you still died.

I recently saw someone using a female characters chest as a reading stand for their map. I assume the female character had moved there for a reaction when the guy finished reading his map, lol.

Was roleplaying inappropriately with one of my friends in some tavern in on of the DC zones, and had a elf walk in on us. She checked all the containers and was heading out when she stopped and looked at us. Certainly was awkward. She typed "lol" and left.

I saw someone cage dancing in the Shornhelm bank to entertain people. They jumped up on top of the cage with the chests in it to do the show.

I needed some levity to distract me from the bank inventory grind, so thank you to whoever that was.

My favorite bug was the one you get from breaking up dirt mounds in certain quests. Afterwards your character would run around throwing punches.

At the time, I just used it as an excuse to get naked and do funny stuff (character's a femgonian). I figured it out myself at the time (in steps) and would /yell out directions while /dancing or /ritualing on that distant pillar. I did that for about an hour or so, then went on to proceed with the quest. That was one of the most hilarious things I'd experienced before VR1.

i was stuck in a rock in cryodiil and did not know how to get out, so i was there for a long time trying to get a GM or ask some one how to get out and unstuck. while i was there tho and bored waiting i saw a DC going by on his horse lol, so i used mark target on him and watched to see his reaction. hahaha he snapped out of horse and went stealth immediate and was obviously spooked not knowing where i was. i repeated the mark target over and over and he kept on searching for me. he never found me but wow he was obviously angry and wanted find me.
i wish he had found me tho cause if he had killed me i would have been unstuck and given passage to a keep or safe place out of stuck in that rock.

by the way, i finally was told by some one in zone chat to simply go to another campaign and it would reset my character out of stuck and put me in the new campaign as a guest. since /stuck and /death does not work in cryodiil for obvious reasons.

hope you found this laugh worthy, cause i sure did.
I've been stuck in rocks a couple times now and have just used the '/stuck' to go to a close shrine. This wasn't so bad except they charge gold for the trip--so I've left ZOS a couple '/feedback's that they owe me so much gold back. Can't complain with 88,000 in the bank and still growing with no horse.

I was leveling and decided I would stop in the inn and search for motifs real quick. Don't remember which inn it was in pretty sure it was one of the ones in Deshaan and I go into the basement only to find a dunmer man chained to the wall shirtless and a dunmer woman standing next to him, and all around them at their feet are people on the ground and doing the push up emote. I was so thrown off that I didn't even bother checking the containers I just slowly backed away.

Not so much strange as just awkward. When you see off in the distance a resource node and you start heading towards it. Then you see another player and they start heading towards the node as well. The race begins, who will make it to the node first.

If they beat you the walk of shame away from the node is awkward. I didn't really want it, you can have it :'(

I had one guy the other day stand above me waiting while I finished picking some light armour material. I couldn't work out if he was waiting to see if I couldn't pick it up because I had a full inventory, whether he was a bot following a program or whether he was hoping I would leave him a worm. Anyway we continued to head in the same direction and fight for resources until I took a detour to get away from him.

I almost died laughing. Choked on some pudding. Been there a lot LOL

    Just happened recently.

We took tonnes of keeps and was capping Drakelowe or something else, a keep far south east of Cyrodiil. We were expecting retaliation from AD and checking the map constantly. One of us suddenly report that our home keep is under siege and has 20/20 siege limit.

So we all capped the keep fast, went to the nearest resource to die so we could get to the nearest location. There was a troll camp placed for us as well, so we thought it was dead serious. (troll camp = camps placed by spies to prevent camps near keep under attack)

And when we got back, it was a giant middle finger made of 19 flaming oils with 1 ballista.

Do you only post responses after reading the title of a thread? The thread relates to what other players are doing in the game not something that happens in the game.

The funnest moment was just after release for the quest Safe Haven, i think during 5 day early access. There were dozens of players crouched under the stairs waiting for the ritual to spawn. Every time a new player would enter he would run into the room and reset the spawn. The verbal abuse in chat was epic.

The funnest part was when the new arrivals would fail to notice 50 players sneaking under the stairs then turn out of the room and see us all. Most just ran out of the building from confusion or embarrassment, some would sneak in then notice us and try to sneak back out like we didn't notice them, it was surprising how many didn't think to ask "Why's everybody sneaking".

It got worse when the verbal chat assault started. There were a few players who started intentionally going into the room. Supposedly a female player got a couple of days suspension and came into zone chat a few days later scream about the unfairness she even sent a few players a few choice in-game e-mails. The boards were even funnier.

A few days ago I saw some people riding around on their horses with their tops off and their hands on their hips riding with a strut. They had an adoring crowd prostrating before them and musicians playing for them as they rode around their adoring fans.
