I figured this would be a temporary glitch, but it's been two days and counting, so here's a notification:
The link to "support" on the web site leads to an empty page with the text "Error in exception handler". This means that there is currently no way of opening a support ticket if you can't log in to the game.
Also been waiting for over 4 days now for an answer to my BLOODY LAGS which make playing my Vet char impossible because the damm game freezes for 10 to 15 secs every 5 or 6 mins usually in a fight.
