"Support" link on web site broken

I figured this would be a temporary glitch, but it's been two days and counting, so here's a notification:

The link to "support" on the web site leads to an empty page with the text "Error in exception handler". This means that there is currently no way of opening a support ticket if you can't log in to the game.

We can assure you our Support site is up and working, it's just the link from the forums that is currently resulting in an error. We're working to resolve this, but in the meantime, you can get to our support site either from the main ESO website or via this direct link: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home?region=US.

Thank you! For many of us, this forum is the "main ESO website", as in the place where we go for information and help, hence my concern.

Also been waiting for over 4 days now for an answer to my BLOODY LAGS which make playing my Vet char impossible because the damm game freezes for 10 to 15 secs every 5 or 6 mins usually in a fight.
