Why is my download so slow?

hello, I have a 120 MBs download speed but I am only getting 70-80KBs to download the game, is there any way to make it faster or what causes such a slow download? Ty for any help

The download speed can vary depending on your internet connection.
Here are a couple of steps you can try for a better speed:
- Check the speed donwload on your launcher (Click on the wheel on the top right, and then "Maximum Download")
- Ensure that you have The Elder Scrolls Online added as an exception to your Firewall and Anti-Virus software to help your machine connect.
We would also suggest you to configure your router to open the following outbound ports:- TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
- TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
- TCP / UDP Ports 49100 through 54000
