Any player who cares about balance agrees to a nerf when it's for something that's obviously too powerful, and was probably a bug anyway. The only people who don't agree to a nerf in a situation like that are children who can't stand not having an insta-win button.Kvasir Silverpaw wrote: »thorntk421 wrote: »I'm a DK and, think it's good idea. Armor debuff from BB shouldn't stack and, Light armor needs to be nerfed. Good step in the right direction.
A what? lvl 10 DK? No high level player agrees to nerfs of their own class.

Currently (1.3.4) i really feel playing in DK light armor was good to play.
well in 1.4.0 we'll have new trash monsters dealing more high damage so i don't understand why are you nerfing DK and light armor.
Players of TESO what do you think about that ??

Yes and no, ok i think it's good to nerf it for PVP but not for PVE.
@Kronosphere
"LOL please tell me you are trolling op. Someone take this guy to the shivering isles cuz he crazy. have u been living under a rock? light armor is so utterly and completely broken its not funny. its best for tanking, its best for dps, its best for healing. im so happy it finally gets a nerfing"
Are you kidding me ??? Light armor means you take high damage but you do high dps sorry to tell you that but i can't agree with the nerf. Just up medium and heavy armor and the problem is done.
Does this come about because some PvP folks were complaining? If so, once again a PvP issue screws up the game for players who primarily focus on PvE, particularly if new "trash" monsters are going to be dealing higher damage.

LOL if its a problem in PVP then it is a problem in PVE. Its just that MOBS dont bother complaining.
I really dont understand the mental blockage pvers have understanding this simple concept.
@theyancey quoteZOS has said that in the future when this sort of thing goes down that your skill points will be returned. If that is indeed the case then I do not have a problem with it.
Even if Zos allow us in the future to reset skillpoints for free do you really think people will be ready to grind hours of hours just to level up to lv50 medium/heavy or lightarmor ???
Well i don't think so !
I'm glad to see the reduction to the Light Armor passive. Having that spell penetration is what makes it so OP vs. other armors. I know everyone wants everything buffed, not nerfed, but I think it's a good move.

The armor debuff stacking is clearly a bug.
And while Light Armor is extremely prevalent in PvP, it's PvE where the vast majority of players are told to put a dress on or go home, at least for DPS.
Sadly, Light Armor is the best for tanking and healing as well, making all other armor types a pretty moot point.
But hey, you can blame PvP players, puppies, Martians, Dr. Who, or whatever else you like if that makes you feel better about yourself. : )

I disagree with the Light Armor nerf because it will not solve anything... the better solution should have been to improve/enhance Heavy and Medium armor.
