You have to complete Cadwell's Questline in DC before you can go to AD zones.
Cadwells Silver is only concerned with a very specific set of quests. The "area storyline" (as I like to call it). Wich are also the quest that give you skillpoints.
Once you completed those you should be able to do gold next, even if you skipped every other quest along the way.

I doubt doing only those will take long at all.

I am in Cragmore, grinding to VR3, so I can hopefully complete Cadwell Silver without doing the other stuff. If I die too much, I will go back to Cragmore and grind to VR5, and try again.

AFAIK all required storyline quests are in cadwell's. Everything else is just extra, though it might add to the storyline.
Dear Sister, I do not spread rumors, I create them.

I don't think anyone really likes Ebonhart Pact side, if they can cut out the racist Dunmer from the story I would gladly play through it again.

You prefer the racist Altmer, perhaps? Let's face it, racism, exploitation, and slavery, are all important themes in the TES universe. Take all of that away and what have you got? At least Molag Bal is an equal opportunity tyrant.

Where is this Cragmore you speak of? Something unannounced released on PTS? :grinning:

It's new content. You get to experience ALL the quests in the game with your preferred toon. How can that be a bad thing? People usually complain about a lack of new content. They just gave you 2 new areas of quests.

[Hard Mode Dungeoneers] is recruiting all players of all levels for this new Guild.
THIS IS A NEW-BUT-GROWING GUILD. We are focused on doing vet pledges, vet dungeons, getting achieves, & doing hard mode bosses.
Most active GMT+10 (Australia time zone) in the afternoon Mon-Fri and all day Sat/Sun.
    Pst/email for info/invites.

I have several Characters that disagree with your assesment. Morrowind was my first step into ES-Series. So I naturally like it in Morrowind 0.8.

Not quite new content. Most people started a toon per faction or more. I have not reached any part of AD Vet with my DC vet I have not reached with my AD char yet.
Many find it is "neesary" to grind your veteran levels by playing the Silver+Gold quests. I think there are enough alternatives.

I am not so sure grinding up is really nessesary. Compared to the non-vet levels, vet levels have a miniscule difference in power.
One Vet level equates about 10 normal levels. But you can use 2 Vet level old gear without an issue. You should try to do the dungeons closer to Vet 5 (with proper gear), as they are really hard and every bit there helps.
But otherwise there is little difference between Vet 1 and 3.

I think EP has some of the best farming locations....at least for dwemer scraps and motifs. And it seems like everything in EP is closer together than the other factions. I like EP locations. You can not beat Bal Foyen for crafting nodes and chests either. There is no place better to farm for crafting items of any kind
