CS kindly remind to OP that they cannot fix the problem if customers will not cooperate with them in order to find a root cause of the issue.

Don't be too smart if you don't know what I'm talking about... I fixed the problem before MYSELF!!! and their support was useless to me... so I said to them 3 weeks ago that I fixed and I got my time back... case closed... now another problem has come up which has no relevance to the problem I had before... memory leak is not the same as file corruption!
