Many people are experiencing memory leaks and that's what I got from them:

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team.

We are very sorry that you are still experiencing issues and, off course we are here to assist you with them.

We understand that you had open several tickets since the issue start occurring and, to be honest is not clear to me if you actually managed to receive your replies specifically the ones in the tickets 140728-001305 and 140731-000350.

We aim as getting the issues resolved, after all we understand that if you purchase the game is to play however, we do need your cooperation to clarify if you actually perform the actions requested in the tickets.

It is very important to us to identify the route cause of the issue you are experiencing so we can assist you further.

Please be so kind and reply back advising us if you tried our solutions and still, the issue persists.

Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you for your continued interest and support!

Warm Regards

I can't believe it CS is so "helpful".... Also stop with generic copy pasted replies... That's really irritating and I don't feel I'm getting the support I PAYED for!

Did you copy and paste their message exactly? If so, they need an editor.

I mean it's so annoying when they don't help you and say it's your fault not ours no no no we didn't break the game with the latest update and bla bla bla... so sad to see that support is so lame...

"however, we do need your cooperation to clarify if you actually perform the actions requested in the tickets."

So I take this passage to mean you didn't even do this? If you don't let them help you by not helping them to help you, how do you suppose they can even help you?

It's funny because they're rolling out a hotfix in about 4 hours to resolve it, but customer service apparently has no idea. Such a wide disconnect.
    Thank Stendarr it’s Fredas.

    This just in:
"Programmers are not Psychics - Inability to guess problems somebody has on the other side of the world reliably prooven - Users everywhere totally suprised about it - new theory about humans geing unable to survive without oxygen about to be released..."

They gave you specific steps that might help. They asked you for specific information (like if the steps helped).
You did not gave it. So they can only keep asking until you give it.

Did you try the fixes they suggested? Customer service is there to help you get past the broken stuff, they can't fix the game for you. How can you say they're being unhelpful if you're unwilling to work with them?

Oh god you totally don't understand me... I had some problems with lag in Cyrodiil, but I fixed it on my own... now the memory leak has started appearing again (RAM is full). The other tickets were closed, but since the update 3 I'm getting memory leak and my whole computer lags like hell... So it's not my problem mind you...

Judging from the responses he's given I'm not sure he understands English, doubt the original was as incomprehensible as this.

Yes I have copied the exact reply from CS...

Why are you flaming the CS rep? Their response to your issue doesn't seem copy pasted at all. There's only so much they can do. They can't wave a wand and make your issue go away. Even if you're positive the issue is not on your end, they need to be able to verify that, which they can't do if you refuse to work with them.

All i understood from post is that the OP created several tickets with same issue. CS answered to every ticked he created and provided some guide to troubleshoot the issue.
OP however did not answered to any of CS's e-mails and just created new ticked.

CS kindly remind to OP that they cannot fix the problem if customers will not cooperate with them in order to find a root cause of the issue.

So, basicaly, OP just batch slapped himself with that topic.

Please delete it, don't make a clown out of yourself.

Don't be too smart if you don't know what I'm talking about... I fixed the problem before MYSELF!!! and their support was useless to me... so I said to them 3 weeks ago that I fixed and I got my time back... case closed... now another problem has come up which has no relevance to the problem I had before... memory leak is not the same as file corruption!

So whiny and entitled. Do you really think customer service can help with a game wide memory leak? Are you just willfully ignorant so you can splash water and make noise?

They could say we know about this problem and fix will be released in couple of hours... but they didn't... they compared apples and oranges, in my case file corruption with memory leak...

4gb is not good, but that screenshot you posted only shows 1.7 gb.

I couldn't find a large battle in Cyrodiil, but this was used up when I was at the Northern Morrowind Gate (not much happens there tbh)...

I work in IT over 9 years. last 4 years i'm working as head of IT Supprt and Infrastracture development department. Even when i was a regular engineer i was mainly focused on customer support so i have huge background there.
I know exactly what you are talking about.

And no, i can't stop beeing smart. Deal with it.

You might have a thought in your mind that CS did not help you and you solve your problem on yourself (which is lies). But your post show completely the opposite side.

even if the problem you are experiencing is a known bug, CS for any game or anything really is going to ask you to go through some basic steps to make sure the problem isn't more obvious. If you can't do that then you aren't looking for help, you are looking to complain.
Dear Sister, I do not spread rumors, I create them.

They included your specific ticket numbers. How can that be generic? They are trying to get specific info from yo so that they can help.

CS isn't about you complaining and them just fixing. It's about helping you discover what the problem may be. If the problem is on their side you can help out be supplying them information and testing things. If you can't be bothered to do that you'll just have to wait until they work out the fix with help from others. If you only want to whine about the problem use the forum, not the ticket system.

In what way were they giving you a copy/paste response.

You clearly opened multiple tickets about the issue instead of following directions (like we expect schoolchildren to do) and responding to the first ticket. What you did is a guaranteed way to confuse the issue with everyone involved.

CS in this game has been nothing but helpful the few times I've had to contact them. And I've found that if you actually follow directions instead of gnashing your teeth that the response wasn't something about waving a magic wand and making things better, the issue can actually be resolved.
