edit: Hey @Lionxoft, just to make sure we're on the same page, if you've completed the achievement on any character, then you'll have the associated dye on all characters (dyes are account wide). Could this be what's happening?

Reach is Barbaric. There are a few instances where the word Reach or Reachmen is used instead of Barbaric.
For example, if you run any addons which identify traits on items it will use the word Reach instead of Barbaric.

I noticed i had the "Master Fisherman" dye achievement yet i have never even held a fishing rod.

Right I have now checked the EU server and I have the following dyes that I should not have access to (no character has got the achievements):

Spriggan Green - Nature Collector Achievement
Captain's Violet - Alliance War Captain Achievement
Tombstone Gray - Dungeon Damage Dispenser Achievement

I should have access to all the dyes in the Recipe Card line of achievements, but like other people, the achievement is only registering 6 recipes learned even though I have learned over 160 on my provisioner. This cannot be repeated, so the achievement needs to be fixed and the dyes unlocked for those who already learned the appropriate numbers of recipes.

Same for me, I have access to the "Warlord's Red" dye despite the fact my highest ranked character is only Sergeant.

In order for characters to access dyes earned by a another character, you must log in that other character to activate the dyes it's earned first.

This is a good feature to have. Otherwise characters would just transfer their gear to the ones who have the achievements in order to dye it, then transfer it back. (Since gear is account bound, not character bound.) This saves us the headaches of doing those extra steps.

Vampirism = Noxophilic Black
Master Fisherman = Some kind of Pink


Not close to having any of them on any character.

I also got the Emperor Red even though I never held the crown.

I also have at least 2 dyes I shouldn't, one the slaughterfish flesh pink and the other warlord red. Those are the only ones I've noticed but I haven't examined the list closely. I did notice there are several dyes supposed to be unlocked by crafting (decon, rune translation, refining) that I should have but don't.

The color Slaughterfish Flesh Pink is awarded for the Master Fisherman achievement.

I guarantee that we will have to re-earn the decon and refining acheivements. Those actions have never been tracked before. The acheivements did not exist and I have never ever seen anything to indicate that the actions were being tracked.
I dont know if the named dungeon bosses are bugged, but I do know that three dungeon acheivements did not exist before 1.2.3. If you havent gone into Bad Man's, Obsidian or Bonesnap this month, then you will not have those acheivements. Other dungeon boss acheivements were broken prior to 1.2.3 so those too would have had to be done during July otherwise we wouldnt have them.

All I'm going to say is that ZeniMax should be very glad that they made dyes account-bound.
