• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 20, 7:00 UTC (3:00AM EDT) - 17:00 UTC (12:00PM EDT)

ZOS - I'm sure 1.3.3 will be great but what are you doing about the EU data centre shambles?

I am looking forward to these extra features and fixes - but when lag, freezes, rollbacks and random disconnects are impacting across all the EU player base should you not be getting this fixed first so we might be able to enjoy these features.

We know it is not individual PCs or ISPs to blame because from zone chat they are hitting significant numbers of people at once.

More importantly - how will we know what might be bugged in the release if it is masked by the network/server problems in the new DC?

It seems reckless and ill-considered to roll out a big release before fixing major problems (or even acknowledging them) - do you have anything in place to deal with these issue?

    Yep have to agree, I am getting peed off now with the constant lag/crashes especially when you are fighting an end boss. Its getting to the point I am thinking of cancelling account and going back to another mmo.

    Its not just the European server, I play on both the North American and European servers and both servers have been lagging, locking up, disconnecting me and booting me for spam messaging randomly (even though I rarely chat) this past week. Last night on the NA server I died twice on my lvl 47 mage and three times on my VR3 Dragon Knight because the server froze, both times group members stated it froze for them as well and was laggy. At first I thought my issues on the EU server were because I'm in the US but then European players started complaining about the same issues I was having...then I noticed the NA server doing the exact same things and it all started last week after Zenimax moved the EU server. Whatever Zenimax did in the server migration its affecting both the NA and EU players.

    Im having the same problem, the game will just freeze for everything except my character. During this time I wont be able to do anything but move around, jump and roll dodge. Then after about 10 seconds, everything will happen really fast and go back to the way it was. I cant change equipment, talk to npcs, interact with objects or draw my weapon. This is incredible annoying, especially when it happens in combat, as most of the time I end up dying! I'm also occasionally being kicked from the server randomly after once of these freezes, for "spamming", for an "unknown error" or because the "server timed out". This is getting really annoying and I wish they would fix it!!!
