I ordered mine from Bethsoft on 15 July. They dispatched him on the 21st. By the 25th he was leaving the US and he finally made it to me today.
Edit: I think they were out of stock within about 3 days of getting them. They are now accepting pre-orders for another batch to be dispatched in the first week or so of August.
