Anyone know if the damage shield for this armor set is scalable to a stat (health? stam?) or is it a fixed amount. Thanks.

demonlkojipub19_ESO✭✭✭✭✭Hope they aren't complaining that its too strong. Ive use the set in live and I never even notice when the shield activates, its so weak. Unless they ninja changed how damage shields have no mitigation, it will still be gone pretty fast. Probably in 3 of that 8 seconds or less.1 -
