[One Hand & Shield] Invasion Bug

I have noticed since the latest patch Invasion is having an issue with charging. When I activate the skill my character begins to charge (shield forward and body leaned forward) but my legs are just spinning in the same spot. The only way to clear it is to switch weapons. I am not able to perform any other skills while I am bugged out like this. This seems to happen more so while I am trying to charge someone up stairs.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Hi @yotanut, This seems like a script event, with that in mind, please type /reloadui then log out of the game for 3 minutes (Closing both the game and launcher). When you re-open the launcher please begin a repair.

This is happening for various charge attacks right now: The 1H/S you mentioned, plus also the two-hander charge and the templar charge. It also has happened to everyone else in my guild that tends to use charges.

It will continue for about thirty seconds with you running in place in charge form and occasionally you'll be able to break it by using a power or roll or something, but often you just have to let it run its course and hope you don't die if you started combat. Seems to happen when you might be going uphill a little (sometimes) or if there is a weird blockage around, but not always.

This is a game problem, I'm not sure that the ZoS canned response of close/reopen or repair will help. It will still happen randomly afterward (I've run repairs and it's happened for a while now through various relogs and maintenance periods).

I have tried this and it continues to happen. Like @xaraa mentioned, it seems to happen when trying to charge uphill or around obstacles. Please fix this. I have died several times because I have initiated combat and cannot do anything until it "runs" its course. No pun intended.

This happens every time when PvP gets laggy as hell due to max pop. Also happens to me if i charge an enemy on a slight incline. I also see MANY other players get stuck in this animation both friend and foe in Cyrodiil.
