I have got the achievement from all public dungeons including the Cyrodiil ones.
I have read so many people claiming that all bosses have a 5-10 min boss re-spawn rate but only X number bosses can be up at once. So they say keep killing all bosses and the one boss you want is more likely to pop.
I did not bother with that, and just did shard swapping and got the bosses I wanted quickly (maybe just lucky). The only instances I had a little issuses with was two instances in Cyrodiil that had 4/5 bosses, but that was mainly cause there was two other players from different factions also waiting for those bosses. So we just kept killing each other instead. But when the boss DID pop, we all shared the kill.
Respect even in war
A guild in a full raid (20 Player) entering a Cyrodil dugn will force two shards, if done right, you can force the bosses to spawn by triggered and removing the second shard as many times as you like (takes 5 seconds per 'trigger'), if your guild follows orders well, you can quickly use this to spawn the bosses you want and get updates for the whole guild.traigusb14_ESO2 wrote: »I'm pretty sure there isn't a new shard until the old one is full. This never worked for me unless there were already a ton of people around, and in that case it was easier just to sit on a spawn. I'm positive Cyrodil delves are only 1 per server unless there are a ton of people.I have got the achievement from all public dungeons including the Cyrodiil ones.

I agree, they should not change this as it will make the achievement not worth as much.

People have been complaining about Gravel Tooth for months. I think there might be something wrong with this one specific boss.Unlikely_Ghostbuster wrote: »This has been an issue since before RELEASE.
The unnecessarily long boss spawn times (and randomness) are driving me crazy. I must have killed hundreds of trolls waiting on ONE boss, Gravel Tooth, to spawn. While I was waiting, I killed the other boss (Rock Wing) over and over and over and over and over and over and over. Running around killing and eating trolls in WW form was only fun the first hour!!! Eventually, I got into a fight with two trolls, pounced at them, and ended up FALLING THROUGH THE MAP and being sent all the way back to the Morrowind Gate.
Don't even get me started on how long it took Blight Tooth to finally spawn in another Cyrodiil delve.
Guys. It's an achievement not a participation trophy.
The mechanic is at least somewhat intentional and not getting a boss doesn't stop any form of progression and doesn't cost you anything.
Maybe there should simply be a button on the achievement page that when you click it, it completes the achievement for you.

This again. If it's supposed to be hard, make the bosses hard, not the spawns random.
I'd feel a sense of accomplishment if the fight was difficult. I don't feel like I accomplished something when I finally had RNG luck and the boss I was still missing shows its head.
The people who had spawn luck and got through the dungeon in twenty minutes have the same achievement to show for it as those who spent two hours waiting for the correct spawn.
It's not hard, its boring. I solo all VR public dungeon bosses and group events. This started brcause there was never anyone around, then I noticed they're easy enough to solo, now I prefer to do it alone.
I was in a delve today for two and a half hours because out of two bosses, the same one kept respawning. Very slowly I might add. I had to clear the path between them a few dozen times to check which one spawned...
Bosses spawning randomly is not challenging, or difficult. It does absolutely nothing for immersion, quite to the contrary. There is no reason for it. What it is, is frustrating and annoying and in a case of extremely bad luck, it can lead to a boss never spawning at all for someone.
If you're absolutely convinced it's necessary for all bosses not to be up at the same time, at least put them in a queue (boss 2 spawns once boss 1 is defeated). This would still be annoying in public dungeons, but not as bad as the current system.
The best thing to do would be to put them all on individual five minute respawn timers.
