301 Error Again??

Just finished the first Mages Guild quest. Came out of the cave and endless loading screen then crash. Tried to log in now all I get is 301 or if it does log in, endless loading screens!!

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭I did get in but the loading screens between dungeons or locations is horrible. The fps is in the toilet as well. Time for lunch I guess and hope it is better when I log back in...
