Considering PVP was such a big part of the marketing for this game - the 3 banners war, ESO to be a spiritual successor to DAOC, like really, what is going on with the post sales support in this game, particularly for PVP?
Our PVP guild is hemorrhaging people who are unsubbing, and rightfully so, Cyrodil has been an unpleasant experience since the FPS bug. Two weeks. Two whole weeks where people have been looking elsewhere for their PVP fix.
You might read this and think "Why can't people play the other parts of the game?" the short answer is "Why should they have to?". Some people want to PVP, and that's their right to play that way.
TLDR people are being forcibly weaned off ESO.
Honestly, I'd have no issue with any of this if they simply issued game time credits to those who can't play the game.............
I called and asked and despite being told by the CSR that he can't play either, they aren't issuing nor are they allowed to issue, credits.....
