Not receiving access code email.

Randomly got this while trying to log in at home after work. No email received over an hour now. Containing the code to verify it safe on my PC (although same PC i been playing on since Beta). Been in phone call Que for almost 2 hrs. I'm off tomorrow and this is bumming me out haha. Anyone else know whats going on?

    No idea what the problem is, but I have it too. Clearly their side being broken (again). Nothing in spam, etc.

    Same issue again was able to play this morning got off for 10mins come back and wont let me play without an access code, still no email.

    Guess I'm one of the lucky ones again... Just got my code email after about one or two minutes of waiting? 0_0;

    startin to think the problem is that the company is based in foreign country...the reason we get no responses on forums...maybe they cant read english

    Da F@ck indeed, all week training, homework after and now i was looking forward for just 1,5 gaming before bedtime, but it seems they think differently :(

    30 minutes further and Nothing.... well there goes my playing mood... sleep well

    SERIOUSLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN THE WORLD. I sent them a request to call me at 5PM and said 1 hr eta. I got a call the next day at 8:30 in the morning at work. I wasn't able to talk really let alone get on my account and check. Nah been going back and fourth with emails not getting me anywhere. This game really has the worst customer support in the WORLD.

    if you do the 'repair' option from the launcher it fixes it for a while. Unfortunately I've had to do that 3 times so far.... I have only ever logged in from my own PC and am getting rather tired of this silly error.

    same problem here one time fix for me was to change password it will let me one time but next time i am locked out again this sucks because i like this game but i have now spent two days trying to get csr no one calls shortly unless shortly means next week.

    Now waiting for 34 hrs for phone and now my husband having same login pproblems i have been having for two days have already dumped long term sub and am heading just for straight refund. maybe we stand back and see if ZOS can get its crap together. Knowing what state the game was in, not to have an army of csrs to deal with the thousands of tickets was really poor upper management.

    I have a client side solution. You can apparently hack their security by entering erroneous data.

    Step 1. When the box asking for the code pops up enter gibberish, and hit enter.

    Step 2. Repeat the process till it locks you out for ten minutes.

    Step 3. Launch the game after the ten minutes has expired.

    Step 4. There is no step four it will let you play the game now. It wont query you for a code.

    DEAR FELLOW PC GOERS I FOUND A SOLUTION. I did email support with the following.... acount name / email address / secret question / D.O.B. I asked them to change it to XXXXXXXXX@gmail.com. I literally just made it prior to the email to support. Was done within the hour with email changed to what i asked. I had terrible luck with the phone call said i said oh what the hell. Went to log in got and go check my email..... There it was... that glorious email!!!! Thank you ESO support! Michael is my savior. Hope this helps more people out there having my problem!

    Same here. The game randomly decides if my normally used IP suddenly is not authorized and kick me out of the game.. then demand access code...
    HEY Zenimax.. people do have numerous of ways to get to play this game.. steady DSL, Wlan, mobile DSL and even via mobile net... Yor system is from ICEAGE

    I agree with just about everyone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have had to call them 3 differnt times now. First time, I requested a call back because I didnt wanna hold, sounded good. I got a call at 1am from the dumbest dude I have ever talked to in my life! I swear this dude ate like 3 xanax and smoked a blunt before work. DID NOT help me at all! He made matters worse, he changed my email to somthing else to see if I get the code, never changed it back... Said to hell with it, went to bed after messing with this guy for a hour.

    Next day (my day off, was excited to play a whole day of ESO) Still couldnt logg in. I called in and waited for 2 hours. Finaly I hear somone pick up and say "hello" then hung up.... Called back! 2 more hours later! Got a guy named Pedro. This dude was so hard to understand. Worst phone ethics ever! Kept interupting me, and never aknowleged my problems! after 45 minuets he said "ooooohhhh I typed your email wrong!"

    ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Still no email nothing.... This is pathetic. Terrible management.

    I'm guessing they ended up getting their domain on the spam blacklist of the main email hosts like Hotmail/Outlook. Then all they have to do it contact MS and confirm they are a valid sender.\

    Yeah, it's clearly an issue with specific accounts on the server side, as I tried logging into my account on my fiancé's computer which she can't get a code emailed to her on, and I got an email as expected. I then tried logging in as her on my machine and it still fails. It's clearly not the computer or the internet connection or firewall that is the issue and we're both using Hotmail addresses and I specifically added the email address they use to her always allow list, so it's clearly on the ESO end.

    I finally found a solution after working with ESO support. You have to uncheck the Remember Account Name check box before entering your password. As soon as we did that, my fiancé got an email with a code immediately.

    The method of entering gibberish until you get locked out has not worked for me either. After half an hour of waiting and many attempt to log in, I have been sent an access code, but it doesn't work.

    Support answered my query with a cut & paste response explaining why I was being prompted and saying I'd get an email. They obviously didn't read past the subject line. Feckin' useless.

    Do not enter gibberish... all you have to do is check all aspects of your EMAIL. This includes JUNK, SPAM and Promotions tabs. If you have a yahoo.com account it will take longer or worst a roadrunner account like I did it WILL NOT WORK. My guild leader swears by Gmail.com. I made a gmail and all was fine. Its not their end. Its your Email. >.< Nothing will get done with you being angry on the forums.
