Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't this passive supposed to increase the duration of all Mage guild abilities. It only increases the duration of the time the rune stays on the ground, it does not increase the Stun Duration. It remains 3.7 seconds regardless of the Everlasting Magic passive.
Is this intended or a bug? Because it's a bit misleading if it is intended, I thought slotting this would increase the Stun time, I don't really care about how long the rune lasts on the ground.
