There was once a time when I (we) could distinguish between a PC version of a game and the console version. Not only via crisper textures but through options that PC games usually provided. Those days have been long gone aswell as any hope of devs making a game with PC priority in mind. ESO is a perfect example of console priority (only rivaled by Skyrim in that regard). You guys take a brilliant game and ruin it by catering to the console crowd. Crappy UIs, limited character info, lack luster... everything. The list can go on and on. Can't we (PC users) atleast get the essential, fundamental MMO features that we've became accustomed to? Ofcourse controller's have a minuscule amount of functionality, but why punish PC users?
It's even more clear when it's advertised that the PC users can get a free transfer over to the console version. You guys know the PC version is a fail and will not last. Why? Because PC gamers (Who've been around for awhile) playing ESO know they got a *** console port. Stop ruining PC gaming. Why even release this steaming pile on the PC? You think that hobbiest modders and addon makers are going to correct your *** ups? That's just wrong. On top of that... "Press 'Q' to bring up the 'Quick menu'" ... "Swap weapon sets to use the alternate hotbar". Well, only because controllers can't handle 2 measly hotbars at the same time. What is that? Well I'll tell you; It's what we like to call a "work around". Console users can't utilize 2 hotbars simultaneously so PC users get punished with this *** work around where you have to "swap weapons" in order to utilize 2 hotbars.
TLDR? ESO PC users got a *** console port. In ESO we can't even get essential, basic functionality that PC users have taken for granted became accustomed to in any MMO. To utilize 2 hotbars we have to swap weapons instead of simply having 2 hotbars, because console controller's have limited functionality. /game
