Yes that is true....... BUT.......... I asked those questions during Beta!!! I cannot accept those answers because those threads no longer exist.
It really, really annoys me, that whenever I come on the forums I get a pop up asking me to accept the answers.
Oh just in case anyone thinks it's for questions asked since release/early access ...... I haven't asked any.
Please is there any way to get rid of these pop ups?

ZOS_AmeliaR✭✭✭✭✭We just went ahead and made some changes to those archived questions that should prevent you from receiving those notifications in the future. Let us know if you continue to receive them!2 -

ZOS_AmeliaR✭✭✭✭✭That sounds like a separate issue, @Lifacs. Do you have a screenshot of the notification you're receiving, or can you provide the exact message you're seeing?0

ZOS_AmeliaR✭✭✭✭✭Ah, understood. The "Unanswered" button on the sidebar indicates questions other members of the ESO community have asked that have not yet received answers. That said, the number displayed is currently bugged and will show a different/higher number than the actual number of unanswered questions there are. Hope this helps explain it; sorry there's no way to clear those notifications out at this time.0

Edit:- Yep I've hopped to and from a few times still no pop-ups

Can I let you know, too? I'm receiving these things all the time, yet clicking on them leads to "no discussions were found". I'm pretty sure that's because of a thread I started in beta.
