The only thing that bothers me is the quickslot wheel. It's super clunky and awkward with a keyboard. Other than that, Im a happy customer or tester or whatever I am.
I mean, for many people, the game stills being in beta. I agree because many of the bugs and problems the game had in beta times, continue existing.
So, do you feel you still betatesting the game? With the difference that now you pay for it?

I was a beta tester in ESO.
Jokes on you, OP.
If you think this game is "like a beta" you should have seen the beta.
Come to think of it, have you ever seen a beta?

I was in 4 betas and i have betatested some games for your information. This game nowadays seems in beta (not officially of course).
And, WoW was literally 4 times the size (or more) of ESO when it released.
If you're playing an OP DK or Sorc, your likely happy as you are still relevant to trials etc.
Try playing a Templar from Beta!
Zenimax hates Templars or doesn't care... no other plausible explanation for leaving the class with broken resource mechanic and worst sustained DPS from Beta to present!
Its like a nightmare, I wish this was beta, it would make sense but four months past Beta without sustained DPS and resource mechanic balance for all classes is ridiculous!

Then youd know it is completely impossible for a game to launch without missed bugs.
Not once in history has a truly "polished in the eyes of the beholder" game been released.
inb4 comparison to x y z corporation or game and my resounding and pithy rebuttal of false statements.
Lets play.

No silly, you were an Alpha tester in Beta. Now you are a Beta tester!
BTW, I've beta tested at least a dozen MMO's now, and I have to say, ESO had the most bugs and glitches of any of them.
At least the servers didn't crash or lock people out for days on launch. That's the only positive I can give them. The game itself was buggy as hell though.

Actually it did. There was a 301 error that locked a lot of people out of the game for weeks.
How long does a beta have to be before the devs start fixing some of the bugs the testers report? All games have issues where groups of people can't patch, can't login, or have things that prevent them from playing. It's kinda of a luck of the draw thing. All MMOs also have threads about how the developers are incompetent, the beta was too short, the game was released too early, xyz bugs should have been fixed by now, shortage of players, and so on.
So, basically.. no, I don't feel like I'm playing a beta anymore than past MMOs have felt like a beta version during launch. My definition includes the majority (not all) of people being able to log on, and get through quests in the game, level up, and experience content with ease. ESO seems to meet that criteria. The first six months or so of any MMO tends to house a lot of down time and tons of bug fixes, as well as learning how to deal with gold spammers and botters.
