Siphoning Strikes: This ability now restores slightly less resources, and will no longer desync your resource bars upon use.
Unless they dumped the damage dealt reduction then it'll work.
Those templar changes where made from a none templar... how sad. -.-
What? I play a templar and those changes are fanfrickentastic.
Practically every skill got a damage increase in some way, more utility, an ultimate will now be placed back on the "useful" list in PvP since CC can no longer interrupt it.
Happy days.

Have updrafts been an issue for you robe wearers? Rejoice, citizens of Tamriel, as you may now craft light jerkins for added comfort and style.
Oh hell yes.
Methinks it will be easier to insult jerkins than skirts

Which, like the first adds new content aimed and the vansihingly small minority who are able to actually play it .. like your friends in Entropy Rising.
For the rest of us, the vast majority, there is no new content this time either.

Has there ever been a game that hates or discourages solo/duo gameplay as much as this one? I take no issue with the Craglorn group content as it was needed. However, we did not need a new Veteran dungeon in this update. No one was requesting more group content. I suppose maybe that's why it is being released - ZOS delivers content it wants and not content that players want.
Even worse, it would appear that there is no new solo/duo content in next month's update, either, unless you consider armor dyes to be content.

Still..... pickup armor and weapons is the most pointless addition they could have ever come up with.
Pick up Armor and Weapons •Weapons and armor found in the world can now be picked up and equipped. •These items are low quality, but can be used if needed.
•These items sell for 0 gold.
•These items can be upgraded through crafting.
•These items can be deconstructed, but yield very low inspiration and rarely yield usable resources.
Does seem a little lame, should of at least put a very small % chance of finding a decent piece (blue/purple) and deconstruct should have same yield as normal.
(but hey, they can still tweek this later maybe)
Have to admit I'm liking most of what is said there (at least until we see how many bugs this causes....lol)
Especially liking the limited number of character 'deletes' per day. Anything that stops those low-life, scumbag bots and gold sellers is OK with me !

I agree. This has bot farming abuse paranoia written all over it. And, they so overdid the precautions that they made a cool new feature to the game completely meaningless. What a shame.

I think @pong was referring to sitting on the chairs/benches/stools etc that you run across within the game. /sitchair summons a new chair and seats you on it.

Nightblades still need more balancing, stamina builds including heavy armour also needs some definite looking into, so come patch day and nothing has really changed infact I've experienced almost all of this content in the PTS already, it's a little depressing.
Really? Have you never been on a PTS before?
When they say that the patch notes there aren't final, it just means they're leaving room for additional tweaks and fixes as people test (that's what you were supposed to be doing, remember?) the new content. It doesn't mean that they have a secret dungeon that no one gets to play until the content update is released.
dang it....they took down the patch notes....stupid work making me miss information. RAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay you've replied to me twice so I'll try and confine everything into a nice small post, if you read my post thoroughly you would notice that I'm clearly making it obvious that I'm talking about balance, I'm not going to iterate points twice to people if you just can't read or choose to selectively scan the parts you might find interesting...fine but don't bother replying.
Nightblades are still not okay and there is plenty of reasons why none of the "fixes" to nightblade actually resolved anything.
1# Casting dots still snaps us out of stealth
2#Path of Darkness is still useless as well as blur, aspect of terror, shadow image etc.
3#Sihponing strikes still doesn't provide the amount of sustainability of the sorcs and DK's and theirs doesn't sacrifice 10% damage.
4#The best potential DPS build is still the light armour staff using DOT build
Hardly anyone I know is a nightblade is thankful for the fixes, just go to the developer discussion board and read through the hundreds of replies on the NB balance thread.
And yes I remember what the PTS was for, I tested the PTS exstensively no suprises a lot of the suggestions were ignored in the PTS forum section, but that's fine though, I mean is this what I should expect after reporting stuff about balance wait 1-2 weeks and they'll give a 10% buff to damage on a skill barely anyone uses and a fix to a few quests.

Well of *course* you have, that's why it's on the PTS first. You were expecting something that had not been tested?

Given that the last update for the content patch that went live wasn't tested on the PTS. That's exactly what was expected.
it id designed for newbies starting out, can bet theres a small interaction thing stating they can be upgrades, etcStill..... pickup armor and weapons is the most pointless addition they could have ever come up with.

But hey don't take my word for it, there you go I did all the work for you.
1. Should casting not take you out of stealth? I wasn't aware this was considered a bug.
2. The Refreshing Path buff is making it much less useless for healers, and it's already a pretty useful utility skill for an oh-crap-get-out-of-there moment.
3. Then Sorcerers and DKs need to be tuned properly, because Siphoning Strikes provides pretty much infinite resource regeneration.
4. They're addressing that, but it also has nothing to do with the Nightblade class. Again, that's going to be about tuning magicka builds so that they aren't absurdly overpowered. That said, I haven't had any issues with my dual wield/bow build.
I'm a Nightblade, and I've had no problem getting to VR11. I also find that when I group up, there's usually a lot of Nightblades. So for a class that no one is happy about (or playing, according to some people), we seem to be doing pretty well.
