personally i didnt expect an exact copy to be available to the player as hero's are wearing it from the games "lore" and as most lore driven games (wow, yes bad me but they have it right like illidan or lich king) where big iconic characters or looks aren't available to players
PLEASE REPLY TO ME WITH @dsalter otherwise i'm likely to miss the reply if its not my own thread

All games do this. Let's take a look at Skyrim's promo character and see if we can find some in game armor that matches it.

    Promo:

    Helm from this

Cuirass from this (except it is mirrored)

    Sorted!

Helm: Iron Helm, I think the armour is the studded hide, or whatever it is called, one of the light armour types in Skyrim definately has a pauldron like that above just one shoulder.

Couldn't find that one, but yeah. I'm pointing out that it was very close to the promo armor. I don't know why Zenimax thought they could get away with generic looking armor that looks nothing like the promos for ESO.

Here you go, I made the set in game:
    yQkc9H5.jpg
Is it identical? No. But clearly these armors were inspired by the armor worn by the Breton hero in the promo video, or visa-versa. The only real differences, are the colors, which you will be able to change once the dye system comes out, and the lack of a cape and the knives strapped to the Hero's waste.

P.S. I like the fact that he is not wearing a singel set, he is wearing pieces from every race in the Daggerfal Covenant (the gloves are Orc heavy, not Dunmer medium liek I thought before), it shows that ZOS put thought into his armor beyond just appearances.

What about the trousers and boots?
I have no idea, I wasn't able to find a decent picture or screenshot showing the Breton Hero's boots and pants, so that's pretty much up to your imagination. If it was me, I would go with Breton light pants and Redguard heavy boots, that seems like it would match the rest quite well.

Can you give me the details on the armor, such as what the hood is, the shirt, the arms, like the name of the pieces of armor?

    Hi

Thanks for uploading this, this is really helpful as I am trying to make this armour. Please could you help me with it by telling me what type of armour each piece of clothing is (name of each piece of clothing), also the style and what colour to dye it. Also please could you tell me how to make each piece of clothing?

    Thanks again :)

No, that isn't currently obtainable in-game. It is Thieves' Guild armour.

In one of our recent episodes of ESO Live, we shared concept art for costumes based on these characters (both male and female versions of each). You can see them here.

It's just for the adverts. The only armour you gan get in game which was seen in the adverts is the Imperial Heavy Armour style, and that's only if you pay £20 extra for the Imperial Edition. To be honest, I always wondered why Bethesda decided to make the promo Breton an Assassin type character, especially since Bretons primarily serve as light infantry or battle mages instead of pickpockets or agents. It's still cool though, although it does seem out of place for a Breton.
