My char does only get 1 tick of magicka after a assassination skill kill, should have gotten 4 ticks regen magicka. Not seen this bug reported before. Also reported ingame.

    I can see sometimes it gives the full 4 tick...

    It also doesn't always do damage, or heal. Add it to the list.

    Just a follow up: Yes sometimes it works, sometimes it dont...
    Same with heal from Killer's Blade; sometimes it works, sometimes it dont...
