For some reason when I try to change my avatar pic I see all the pictures and the save button but when I try to select one it does not for some reason. do you have to meet some kind of requirement before you can choose one? I would really like to choose one. If anyone could explain as to why I cant change it I would really like that. Thank you

✭Okay, are you using Internet Explorer? I tried with that and it wouldn't work, but when I tried with Firefox it did.

✭Just tried it w/ chrome and it worked. Clicked on avatar, clicked on one I wanted and it was done. Didn't even have to click save.0 -

yes I do use IE this should be looked into by ZOS so that people that use only IE can change the avatars.
Update: just tried on chrome and it works. just wish it would work on IE since that's my main that I use. until it gets fixed ill use chrome if I need to change it. Thanks a lot.

I just tried to change my avatar, as well, but it didn't work. I'm using Internet Explorer. So I'd say it's a fair assumption that changing avatar is broken for IE.

I have IE 11 I have not seen anything about IE 12 if anything I always get automatic updates. Also sorry for the late response.0
