I submitted a support request, 140605-002447, on June 5th to have a character restored. After bouncing between support agents 5 times, the ticket landed with a representative that was truthful regarding the issue they were experiencing. He was very responsive to questions until recently, where I haven't received a response in over 3 days at this point as to the status of the request. Is it expected for a character restoration to take this long? Seeing as how I haven't received and communications from the assigned support representative, I'd appreciate it if a support representative on the boards could look into this issue and provide me any type of assistance.
