I need someone from Zennimax to fix my game for me as i have broken quest line in Bangkorai..How do i go about getting in touch with them without having to email them as their response is hopeless..
Suppose im probably asking to much here as why would they ever want to help considering the email replys you get back..

sickboy2808✭✭✭Right finally a response thank you as i am really at the end of my patience here..Im in Bangkorai and im trying to get into the garrison and Jackdaw Cove..Ive done beyond the call quest but the npc wont start me with Destroying the dark witness which then leads onto heart of evil..I have went to all the npcs but they dont offer me anymore quests?? I could be wrong though but i did find a dead Sir dude for a npc outside the garrison but now nothing more..
I aslo done a quest in Jackdaw Cove from a woman npc but again nothing more??
Ive searched everywhere as i like to clear a zone before moving on as in i got almost all skyshards apart from one found all lore books and all dolmens in Bangkorai..Just cant find anymore questsEdited by sickboy2808 on June 17, 2014 10:27PMZOS takes cheating very Lightly. ZOS_JessicaFolsomCommunity ManagerCould you check in Evermore to see if you've done the quest "Imperial Infiltration" yet? You must do that before you're given "Heart of Darkness." The quest is granted by Queen Arzhela after completing "A City in Black."

It's possible you were in the middle of the quest line, but hadn't finished it yet, when we had a patch that implemented a critical fix. When that happens, the game will revert you back to the beginning of the quest line.0 -

sickboy2808✭✭✭Yes i have finished it now,somehow i didnt complete the whole quest as i remember not fighting a npc in it, so that was new to me so thank you....

Yes i agree i really love this game but i knew there was something wrong,and i did do that quest up until i fought that NPC then i knew i hadn't completed it..
I really appreciate your help, both of yous so here is hoping my game will continue okies but i dont know where to go now???

sickboy2808✭✭✭HaHa its fixed i can now start the Jackdaw Cove Quest,i knew it defo was broken for me as ive been to this NPC loads times the last few days but now she is offering a quest..I cant honestly tell you how much i appreciate your help tonight, i was so close to quitting as i knew something was wrong and i defo dont want to quit LOL..
