Unknown error after Character Load

Hi,
I am getting an unknown error after trying to load one of my characters. I have 2 characters - the other one loads fine, only having issues with main character.
Last logged in Stormhaven in the Fallen Three quest dungeon. Was experiencing severe latency issues, so logged out. When trying to log back in, the unknown error started appearing. Have now tried several times, but same issue.
Also, during the character load screen, after a little while, there is a sound like a door closing (while the load music continues to play), however, nothing changes on screen, and after a while the unknown error appears.
Your help in resolving this would be highly appreciated.
