CCP (makers of EVE Online) promise new expansion every 6 months !
And guess what... they deliver ! They put their money where their mouth is, they say what's coming and even give a specific date (months in advance)
And before we get any wiseguy comments, EVE is a subs only game, they have half a million subscribers and EVE is a megaserver game !
They do not have anywhere near the capital or resources of Zenimax/Bethesda and they manage it, so we of ESO should demand the same !

with imperial preorder u CAN CRAFT IMPERIAL GEAR and/or convert YOUR EXISTING GEAR to imperial
you cant craft imperial (1. point) you have to find the motif (but that can any char do).... you can only convert non-set items (or crafted) but then they are bound ... dropped set items are unconvertable (thats my 2. point)

this ended with the official release
everyone got their boni and so now nobody cares
every subscriber / prolonged sub is just a bonus (new accounts get cheaper every day 50 to 40 to 30 to 20 right now, 6 weeks after release)

The damn Defiance forums.
I was Gomly over there. Probably won't remember me, it was a while ago. I remember your name popping up quite a lot though.
At least, I hope it was you and not someone else using that username or i'm going to look silly now.

I feel I have got alot of new content from them.
Depends on what kind of content one expect I guess.
Well, if we are realistic then the 6th week has just finished and honestly most players are not even ready for Craglorn yet.
ESO was promoted with 4 core support, that however doesn't work yet and leads to huge issue´s especially on AMD CPU´s. This must be fixed ASAP and I do hope that they feature this in the next Ask us All.
Besides that, they promised a large variety in their content patches, many assume that the justice system with the DB and Thieves Guild comes next, including a face changer, but also housing is a big feature for many Elder Scrolls fans and I assume that some of these things will be on high priority for the Design Crew right now.

Nobody holds game developers accountable for anything which is why it keeps getting worse, I cannot recall the last MMO release that was ready to be released and i cannot think of any other industry that can so blatantly get away with releasing unfinished merchandise
I also dont think the face changer is exactly pressing, I have been able to go like, ten years on WoW without changing my face, Plus It bothers me to think people need to change their face every month, do they also have monthly face reconstructions in reallife?
Its been 6 weeks and 1 day since release. So they aren't exactly horribly late on their deadline there sweetheart.
I experience no lag myself, so its an issue on your end, unless you're on the other side of the world from the servers, then theres nothing you can do

ESO has had zero content releases since release.
Content is when you add something New to the game, Not a fix for existing content that isent working.Well, if we are realistic then the 6th week has just finished and honestly most players are not even ready for Craglorn yet.
And most WoW players have never even entered a normal raid on WoW, There are thousands of players at v10 ready for endgame pve content. Trust me.
As for me I just want the bug fixes, I want to be able to use my vampire passives without re logging every death.ESO was promoted with 4 core support, that however doesn't work yet and leads to huge issue´s especially on AMD CPU´s. In 2014, and for a game that is being designed for New Gen consoles, Multi-Core Support is a MUST, the new consoles have eight cores dont they? Plus they are AMD CPU's thus if it has problems on AMD PC's they will have way worse problems on consoles. In 2014 Id say games should support 1-16 CPU cores and should all be built for SLI/Crossfire support, which ESO will be getting in 1.1 I beleive.
As for content, im sure the Justice System is not easy to make, I wouldent expect that for, likely over half a year if not an entire year if not more. And Theives Guild/Brotherhood probably wont be touched untill the Justice System is made.
