In terms of numbers. Something like 95% of the player base never visits the forums. And forums got the habbit of who yell the highest is right. Usually by a sub 2% crowd.

Can you please provide from where you got those %?

Cause im willing to bet you just made those up right here and now lols.

Dont toss random % , say a majority or a minority and so on.

I know you weren't asking me directly, but... as a show of good faith... the 85% of customer support being bot or goldseller related comes from the State of the Game.

The comment about retention rates being around 20%-30% is based on old data from other games, there used to be a pretty good site that would track all published subscription data from games and then tally it.

Closest thing we can use now is Steam's active user numbers, which, doesn't give concrete numbers for most MMOs. (And, obviously, provides no information on ESO specifically.) However, Steam's historical concurrent user data can be used to extrapolate general population trends in an MMO. That said, 20%-30% retention is usually more in line with second month losses (IE, the first 60 days), the first 30 days usually comes closer to 50% retention.

But, anyway, 324.6% of all statistics on the internet are made up on the spot, or something like that.

I still have over 2 weeks left in my account and I simply don't have the heart to log in any more. It's sad how the company managed this and I believe this damage will leave a scar. Pushing it out with all this problems and the lack of a EU server allienated a large percentage of what could be a great player base.

Instead of believing in ESO and spending the necessary time to make it one of the best titles out there, ZOS simply entered an "insecure" mode, releasing the game when nobody else is around (no contestant games) with the hopes of making a quick buck and then making a run for it.

Now the company itself was entered my "gray list", which means that anything they attempt to release in the future, I'll deal with a pinch of salt.

Sadly there will be a lot of guilds in the same situation There is so many faults with the game even FFXIV was not this bad on there first launch and what did they do.

They took the game down for a year and fixed it.

I am not saying this needs taking down for a year but something has to be done or all that will be left is the bots that have infested the game in a big way.
Nono, that is EXACTLY what they should do.

On topic, I am part of 5 guilds, and all have over 100 members.

All 3, 500 member trading guilds for me have a maximum of 30 ppl average atm at peak times.

My 300 member pve guild is down to 8 people at peak.

my 150 guild member rp guild is down to 3 on average.

This is mostly because of the constant lag on the EU servers, the lack of any REAL EU servers, but also due to the game wide lag spikes and packet loss, and the insane amount of bugs and bots.

The OP's dwindling guild is called Daggerfall Brovanent?

Any chance the missing members quit because they reached puberty?

Or maybe because 'Everyone that was in my guild was in the beta for over a year and played almost everyday' . Not to say that the game doesn't have issues :)

No, it was not that the game got old. The issues with the game got old. If the issues were fixed, they would still be here. Many have said just that.

Well, you kinda set yourself up for disappointment and get bored if you play beta for a year almost every day and expect all the issues to disappear at lauch day.

I'm still here. I'm still playing.

However, they blind faith fans of ZOS and ESO might have done exactly what you are saying.

Question is, how many like them are out there? or were out there.....

People are so shallow they leave due to lack of duelling? I doubt it, not in numbers that matter .. and leave due to no crime system? What absurdity is that?

Each person stays or leaves for their own reason. What you might think is absurd is another persons valid reason.

Judge them all you want, if it makes you feel better. :)
I suspect your list are your own pet peeves and few account for most people who've 'left'. Of course no one knows numbers so you're guessing in the first place.

I listed reasons people have been posting on the forums and ingame.

I never guessed at any numbers. What do you mean?

    Question:

As it turns out our guild master did not choose to stay in your game. So, how do we switch another to be guild master?

I'd suggest a mutiny. Alternatively, log a ticket with CS is my best guess :)

Today, still wanted by the developers she survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a bot problem, if no one else can bite you, and if you can find her....maybe you can hire The SQUISHY."
