Can I buy just a single "I win" button?
It's sad that someone cannot post a message that says, hey I'd like a change in the game, here's what I'd like and here's how you can pay for the development cost.

@Kaiem
No, sorry, I am not. I was unaware that someone else started a thread about Zenimax creating an in-game store and selling skill slots. Had I been aware of such a thread, I certainly would have posted in it first.
I assure you, that you could look through my entire posting history and would not find another thread started by me on this subject.
@PVT_Parts
Hi, thank you for your reply.
Actually you might be surprised by this but I've actually never played WoW in my life. I have played (in order, listing graphical MMOs only) City of Heroes, DDO, LOTRO, SWTOR and the Secret World.
I don't have a gaming mouse, or a gaming system, I have an off the shelf HP 810-160 with a stock 2 button mouse.
I actually use my numeric keypad (and the keys around it) to do pretty much everything. In other MMOs that I play, I use the mouse to click the powers that I want to use, I don't bother hot keying things.
Nah, 5 skill slots or 10 skill slots do not change the difficulty. It might change how much or how little you can do, but it has nothing to do with difficulty, challenge or skill. The learn 2 play idea with 5 skills or 10 skills doesn't make a difference, really I think using your example of 500 skills would require a much higher learning curve.
I assume you mean to say I not we when you claimed to represent the entire community in who wants hotbars and micro-transactions. Some people do, some people don't, but if I am to be expected to respect your opinion, then you most certainly should respect other opinions as well. I do respect that you do not want it, but that does not mean I have to agree with you.
In the long run, I'm not really worried about what they do. Add skill slots, don't add skill slots, it won't keep me from playing the game. It will, however, likely reduce my long term interest as the same 3 powers (since I have 2 familiars summoning power slotted) get kind of old pretty fast.

Your changes would negatively impact my gameplay experience. So no, I do not approve. Why should some guy who wants to waste X amount of money have an edge wise in the game when I paid the full price and a monthly subscription fee for the game?
And how in the hell did you not expect there to be backlash?

I think that it's funny that what I do, on my account, that has likely never crossed your path, would impact your game play experience one way or the other.

Additional skills are different - buying any combat ability or additional hotkey spaces so you can have extra skills on your extended skillbar is p2w, and it's insane you ever thought anybody would support you on this, or even hope you would not get flamed outright.

Balancing
For money, or without, you can't increase the number of skillslots atm, otherwise they have to rebalance the whole game.
