I'm not leaving the game I paid for sorry....huge difference between some quests and actual game play though, being able to group without repercussion should be a right for everyone that payed for the game before people's loot and some stupid quests, thanks though. Lol so many people complain about quests all over here and actually fill out tickets then tell you your problems don't matter why they throw it in your face the game is new...really. Take your own advice and stop complaining about a few SILLY quests in this buggy extended launch and let them focus on the broken mechanics first...before they release new content and make it all worst!

Is it me or aren't the non-occurring payment options still not available in the manage subscription option ? Because I still can only choose between recurring and gamecard ?

well some say that may improve the game, and maybe we get the crime/punishment system.
But I dont think that any from the dev team that works on making/fixing the game, did any work on this.

Well as long as they don't buy their coding manuals from any company named ACME in the future I will be happy...not sure why it is so much to ask to buy a game where basic functions work like in every other MMO I have played for last 10 years, never had grouping problems in any other MMO though...I feel like if they take your money certain game functions should work. Or hold off on release...or just release and then take CONSUMERS money when they fix basic MMO game play mechanics that were put in place over a decade ago!

This is a company that makes profits for this game they charge people for right?

I just went to the page to see what's there. Not sure what is supposed to be there maybe some are only available in certain countries but I see paypal and paysafe and the 3 standard creditcard options.

I don't know why there's complaining about game quality/bug issues in a thread regarding financial matters. A/R and A/P departments aren't in any way involved with the handling of game issues and are usually governed more strict by country, federal, national and local laws (for example Louisiana tax code that companies have to pay is governed by parishes and is a hot mess. No one likes paying Louisiana taxes) as opposed to gamer "MMO common law" or whatever gnashing of teeth people are doing in this thread.

It might really depend on your country. EU can be pretty strict regarding financial matters which is probably why this got handled so quickly.

I already understood on Tweakers.net (Dutch techsite) that the non-recurring payments options are placed under recurring payments, so they are available again, but in an illogical order

(@ image, this is the payment option I was looking for)

Lol...I was just responding to those who call me out by name so...guess i was talking to both of you, if you feel the need to insult people that have problems with the game then the customer support forums aren't for you I guess...but then again I really don't care what you guys have to say about me personally.

Just keep arguing with anyone with an opinion other that yours and insult them when you don't agree with that OPINION. Would have been the joke at beginning if the FANBOYS didn't take it so personal, and feel the need to defend their Muti-Million dollar company

I paid for something, and they were happy to take my money. So your argument about me to quit because I am un-happy with customer service, broken mechanics still not fixed, and my feeling that they care more about money than they way I feel....then your response has been played out and just stop.

Its kinda a shame. This post was a positive note for many people without credit cards or the desire to give ZOS too much personal information. But it got lost really quick with stuff that is in no way related to the OP. I think they should just sticky it and remove all posts and lock it so people can see what the post was really about.
