No, you weren't, because you have clearly stated (in your OP no less) that you're expecting them to respond to you in this thread. Nice try at deflection, but you really should read your own prior statements before trying.
That you are expecting them to provide you with the unplanned maintenance schedule (note the word unplanned) in your forum thread is actually defeatist to begin with, as they will sticky an announcement when they make the decision as to when it is going to be. Auric_ESO✭✭✭✭I just read the patch notes. It does have the vr rank boss adds fix which is a pretty important exploit fix in addition to a lot of quest fixes that people are clamoring for. Darkreign✭✭They will do it when is suits them, what they probably wont do is use the N/A server to try it out on, they will do what they did this time and use the Euro server as a test run, that way they don't inconvenience those that are on their doorstep, so to speak0
