10 days no customer service, all quests completed except the main story line, unsubbed

this is the worst customer service I have ever seen in any game, before you fanbois ask, yes all quests are complete except the main story line, I have followed everything that is on the web for this issue. The only fix is if a gm actually helps and that hasn't been happening /lol. This is a horrible experience and to think I brought my entire guild here from another game, bought all the eso games before this release, spend 100's of hours just get crapped on by this company I thought was going to be different than the rest of the mmo companies /not the case.

Ill keep looking for a decent company/game to spend my money with

    You want some help? Tell me which quest before getting all insulting to the people who enjoy the game. Before you unsub. Try abandoning everything in your journal then trying your quest. We all spent a lot of money on time on this. Your not the only one, but the games still only 1-2 month old. People forget that.

    I understand him because there is literally NO customer support for this game, it's a disgrace.

    Its not the best customer support but what gives one priority over another? They are swamped. I must say though, if s/he cannot progress then that needs special attention but perhaps customer support cannot do anything but pass it along to the fix department. A decent human reply would help though.

    I bet they have subcontracted support out to a third party. They do this in England and its usually India, I cannot understand a word they say in most cases and they are of little help and the saying, chocolate fireguard springs to mind. By the way, thats not a slurr on people from India as I bet they have equal issues understanding us and at the end of the day, if they pay peanuts they get monkeys!

    If you look at Patch 1.1, you will notice MANY quests bugs are getting fixed. They are hard at work fixing bugs. People are so damn inpatient these days.

    They can, I've seen it happen at Early Access. A german Game Master reset the Main Storyline quest in Coldharbour for us, if it was not for him I would never been able to complete it. So you see, they have the tools, but it seems they have not trained enough people to do the job which is their own fault and a disgrace to their motto "Helping you is our passion!". But they seem to have removed that now in their email responses now - go figure.

    yes after more emails, tickets and phone calls to describe the issues im over it, they close tickets, posts etc because I dont think they care or cant fix it. either way its incompetence. Just warning others these guys do not care period about their client base just like other mmo companies that have failed, thought they had a chance to be different guess im wrong on that point

    I do know what your saying and I feel your pain. I still have got a email from the 10 or so I sent about my bank issue. I've given up hope but at least all I have lost is gold. Im at the cold harbour stage now.

    im on 10 days as well with my ticket. i am considering unsubbing as well if they do not resolve my issue in the next day. this is completely unacceptable customer support and it says allot about how much they care about their customers.

    so did you not see the work arounds that are all over the forums? I've been trying to see find what quest it is exactly you are on so I assume you are talking about Message across tamriel, but if you teleport to Coldharbor via friend, and start Army of Meridia, and then finish it. BAM message across Tam is done automatically

    I'm getting real tired of this real fast. LEt's start at point 1) The game is brand new. And believe it or not ZOS has teams working 24/7 to get issues resolved, you think you are the only person being affected by any bug this game has to offer? 2) Why are you whining on the forums? You really think ZOS gives any at all if you unsub? Believe it or not you would get a much better response to this post and maybe someone from ZOS would have replied to this if you had come at it in a much better manner, but no everyone has to come on here and moan and whine like the story quest is their only problem.

    They said they are fixing it with a patch. They would probably even credit you some playtime if you ask for it, since you couldn't progress.

    Yes, customer service is inadequate right now, but understandable (if not excusable) given the mass of issues.

    I cant fault the customer service my end from the problems I have had, which are the usual infinite loading screens etc. Had a response almost instantly via email apologising and asking for info. Regardless of this I unsubbed and ironically I logged back into cyrodiil and have played for 10 mins , in large battle with no crashing or loading screens. 9 days gametime remaining

    Too bad you didn't bother to ask help in here from the fellow players. Chances are we could have helped you. Most of the broken quests have some way to by bypass the broken parts.

    There's something I learned early in life and that is Just because someone disrespects you, doesn't give you the right to disrespect them. Another one is that by disrespecting someone back, you bring yourself down to their level which makes you just as bad and completely invalidates any point you where trying to make. More people should listen to their elders but I suppose manners are a dying art!
