You really do have a bad attitude. Its probably best that you have unsubbed. Perhaps if you didn't come across the way you do then I'm sure people would be more willing to help, not everyone is a A-hole, most will try to help you but if that was your attitude when talking to customer support then what do you expect? If someone spoke to you in the street like that then what would you do? On second thoughts, don't answer cause I know the answer, just glad my kids grew up with parents that have the respect tattooed on their heads! -

Don`t wait for CS to solve your problem couse they got no clue about the game.
Ask for help here and hope some other player found a way.
