It is close, but The Secret World has 7 skills to use at a time + 1 aux weapon, with a total of 525 skills to choose from to put into those 7 slots, so one could argue that they have less if we take into accoun the weapon swap in ESO.
There is no weapon swap there, but you can save up your builds, so you can load them between fights and swap out skills quickly that way at least.

AlliN✭✭✭I was playing Affliction Warlock and Unholy DK. I have enough of clusterfornication all over my screen for a lifetime.
This is a better approach, we do have 12 skills slots to use, the system is just different than those others you got used to. The fact that you cAN'T have everythign makes it interesting. The only problem is skill balance, becsaue in the end some are just insanely superior to others.
If I would like another warcraft, I would still play it.0
