✭you can open world pvp in cyrodil. I lone wolf all the time doing quests and stuff. Cyrodil is literally bigger than an entire factions questing area of multiple zones.0 -
The problem with cyrodil is you have to run forever to find anyone and if you die along the way you have to run forever again to find another person. The problem is actually that the map is too big. It's one of the things I hated about GW2 aVa.0 -

Also, when in pvp, or dueling etc, it shouldnt count as your armor breaking

This is one of the most benighted statements I've seen on this forum. Some of us actually prefer open PvP because it makes the game more challenging and competitive. They could limit it to specific areas that way there won't be a lot of QQing from the non-pvpers. 1/3rd of Tamriel is PvP. Cyradill is huge. Typically those that QQ for "open world" PvP, are looking only to grief, harass, and gank those that are much lower in level.
This PvP system, adopted from DAOC, is awesome for those of us that love the PvP but hate the ganking found rampant in any game that touts "open world" PvP.
Once you learn the Cyr PvP system, and once more people hit 50, then you will see that you dont need your ganking of lower levels to enjoy a true pvp environment.
