They do ask for your feedback its easily over looked. If you look at my early post in this thread I explain where it is. Yes it should be more obvious like other games. But it is there. I've canceled my sub.
Submitting another customer service ticket to clog up the already bogged down system, isn't my idea of submitting feedback, but I can see how you might call it that. Yes, I dismissed it as a form of "feedback about why I'm quitting" and looked at it more of a last ditch attempt of "if you're quitting because you're hindered by a bug, try our excellent CS system"
But you're right. It sounds like maybe they are suggesting that if I want to leave feedback, just submit a ticket to the CS system. I have a problem with that as well.
I just cancelled my subscription. I'm not going to make this thread about why. Others can decide for themselves if this game is for them or not. I'm fed up with it, so I'm out of here. I'm sure plenty of people won't care, and that's fine.
However, I found it a slap in the face that ZOS didn't even ask me why I was leaving when I cancelled my subscription.
There was no link, no button, and no form asking "why are you leaving?"
To me, this shows that ZOS couldn't give a rats ass about why players are leaving.
The goodbye message was something like:
"Oh no! Sorry to see you go ... "
Oh no!? Really? lol...ok.
This isn't a good bye thread. It's a where is the option to give feedback about why I'm leaving form.
P.S. The confirmation email that I cancelled also doesn't provide a link, or even suggest that ZOS really cares that I left.

Ah, I see I was right. You are trolling. Figured as much.
No, you didn't simply "ask 'why are you still here"'. In fact, you were quite abrasive in your first post.ZandrenVexx wrote: »An interesting attitude for someone that wants the game to get better...I don't think so.
I think you dislike the game, as well as anyone that enjoys it. and therefore you must spread your hate out into the world by hanging around and trolling the forums and anyone that disagrees with you (I've seen you do it in other threads).
You mean the countless threads where I've helped other players? You mean the countless threads where I've suggested ways to fix the current issues with the game? No sadly, I don't believe you have seen me "troll" in other threads. Go ahead, take a look at my profile.
I've been nothing but supportive of this game from the beginning. Which is why I chose to keep my reasons for cancelling private, and not try to sway anyone in that direction.ZandrenVexx wrote: »You will NOT make the game better form HERE...LOL!! If you believe that...well
you obviously don't forum much.
That is "why" I disagree with you, and your post. k.
Can't wait for your troll response...
If not here, then where? There's no option for feedback. That's why I'm here. Critical thinking man, critical thinking.
It sounds to me like you simply want to troll.
LOL you played this game all of 10 days and now your bitching that no one gives a hoot that your gone, damm I wish that the door did hit your arse on your way out, reading your, hrmm crap, only tells me that you will be of no loss what so ever to the rest of us.
That being said have fun for a few days in what ever game you are going to waste your money on next, try reading a bit before you buy the next game though it might just save you money in the long run. Now me and the wife are going back into the game and will continue to have fun for a long time to come, bugs or not.

Who do you think looks at it if it is was a pop up box? Bug tickets go to one group in CS and feedback goes to another group. Yes they need a better way to submit feedback for leaving players. But however you classify you ticket is determines who looks at it.
Also, good job at getting the feedback option you were so worked up about only to dismiss it because it wasn't dumbed down enough for you. The goal post moving comments afterwards are precious.

One more thing. You can't even submit a ticket from help.elderscrollsonline.com.
It's simply a knowledgebase, with an email option for technical support, recovering hacked accounts, or account/billing issues.
There is no option there for submitting feedback. That can only be done in-game (which I can do since I still have 10 days left before my subscription expires).
Yes, I've looked at it. For someone who has played since Feburary (lol) you sure don't know how things work within the CS department. It all gets funneled to the same group and there's a general topic drop down to chose from. You could also, gasp, have someone call you to talk about it! *clutches pearls*
Really? That's what you came back with? Checkmate.

"I don't like how things work so I am going to ignore reality" is what I am getting at here.

Perhaps...when your sub fully expires, you "might" receive an e-mail that will offer links for feedback. One can only hope.
As a man...I would like to apologize for casting aspersions that you've trolled other forums/threads. I Have seen someone with a similar handle doing so. I DO apologize.
I agree that feedback would be an awesome idea. I do NOT know that it isn't implemented in some way.
However..I still feel that your OP was a bit whiny and childish. As apparently do others. Perhaps you might go back and edit it as you have done in so many of your other posts. Maybe you got hit with the feels...whatever the reason, the post sounds more personal than professional.
I would edit it to reflect that if you want more support.
Critical thinking man...
Many of those games mentioned in which you can leave feedback about why you left also rescind your forum access once you leave.
Because most people that leave after the first 30 days of an epic and beautiful mmo are tools and they dont care about your opinion.
