This is totally unacceptable, I have been unable to contact your customer support for an entire day because all of my email replies are FAILED.

Considering the fact that you charge a monthly fee, this is absolutely and truly unacceptable. Your level of service is well and truly atrocious and I am disgusted. You will lose loyal customers because of your absolute inaptitude and unprofessionalism. And word of this will spread faster than you can imagine.

    Why is it that if you get *** service anywhere else, you are entitled to complain, but when it is online, we should just bend over and take it up the ass? Just as any other company in any other industry, Zenimax should get their act together.

    I agree, ZOS customer service needs an entire overhaul. As of now, it's terrible. But having 10+ threads about the exact same thing isn't really helping. In the end, this game's CS will either make it or break it. Let's just hope the get a clue soon.

    My understanding is that they got on a blacklist for spam. They have probably requested removal but it takes a bit of time

    I just checked SpamHaus the SBL. It's not there. So if there's still a problem, it's because their email server's SBL hasn't been updated yet from SH.

    The problem is they've probably blocked everything from Gmail, which is pretty bad considering that quite a few people use gmail.

    I've actually worked in customer service for 10 years and I hate to be the bitching client, but I would never accept the level of service provided at the moment. I am getting generic responses to all my problems and cannot further pursue my problems.

    Sure, if this game was free, I could digest the situation. But we are paying a premium in the form of a subscription, and we have the right to expect a certain level of service.

    Hotel minibar, bad example. Say you make a reservation to a hotel, but can't get there because the city it's in has blocked the road to get there because it needs work due to many accidents on the road. This is not the hotel's fault.

    They have been incorrectly flagged for spam. Having worked with email servers and blacklist companies, both the email client (ZOS) and the blacklister are involved in the process. ZOS cannot speed up the process at all.

    These are just excuses. They need to work it out faster.

    Zenimax has bought services from a 3rd party and they are responsible.

    Well you are welcome to pay for ***, that is your choice. But Zenimax aren't going to offer us refunds here, so obviously I have to try something to get my message through to them?

    Here's the issue. The way RightNowTech handles support tickets is that they have an alias at Zenimax that forwards to RNT.

    Due to the massive number of support tickets, there has been a flood of emails to RNT's email server.

    RNT uses SpamHaus's spam list to keep their server from getting spammed.

    Thanks to the SH reporting mechanism, and the flood of emails, ZOS' email server got blocked by SH, which propagated the spam list to RNT's email server.

    Until SpamHaus gets the correction in place, and the list propagates to RNT, there really isn't anything Zeni can do beyond a 'can you speed up the process'. It's not their server, and they don't run SpamHaus.

    Go outside and enjoy some fresh air or something, take a xanax, valium, a 5th of Jack, whatever it takes to calm down. Sheeesh.

    The real dilemma is that; Powdered doughnuts are overpowdered, the chocolate doughnuts are too chocolaty, and the coconut crunch doughnuts have more coconut than all other doughnuts. This is OUTRAGEOUSLY unfair to other doughnuts!

    In which case the issue has to be resolved at RNT's side, not ZOS.

    ZOS pokes RNT, question is how fast RNT responds.

    Hey I've been doing my best drinking, watching the champions league... but I'm absolutely stuck in the game for days now and all day I have not had any help from Zenimax. I know they won't compensate any of my lost subscription time, so I'm just really pissed at paying for *** all.

    I was getting the answer that my email could not been delivered when trying to reply using my gmail account, but when I tried my university mail it seems to have went through.
