Quests missing from Journal

Hi, wondering if someone can help me. I've sent a ticket to Customer Support and received no help at all. Pretty disappointed with the lack of effort to help resolve this. I'm not even sure if they understood the issue?
Last night 2 quests went missing from my log. They were for the area after Bangkorai as Daggerfall Convenant. I believe they were a continuation of the chain quests in the area. I was about to go to the next area when I noticed both the quests are now missing.
I assume I can probably locate them if I find the last NPC but I have no idea where they are, I've searched every town. I've asked the CS if they can provide me details of the location of the NPC's for the chain quest, no help here either.
Has anyone had this problem and if so were they able to get any kind of support from Customer Service. Or would anyone know where the Main chain quests in Bangkorai finish so I can try and find the NPC?
This is the response I got, it doesn't address my issue in any way at all:
Your issue with the missing bank slots and the lost quests are not related, but I am going to try and help you with the problem of the quests for today.
I can see that you have 3 open quests at the moment:
- Sands of Sentinel
- Siege Warfare
- Shadow of Sancre Tor
If you check out the Elder scrolls Forum, there is lots on info on there relating to most issues with lost, broken or bugged quests and where and how to restart them.
I hope this info will help you in some way and if you have any other questions, queries or comments please do not hesitate to get in touch with us again at any time day or night.
